Jonathan Rosenbaum film critic for the Chicago Reader, is a frequent contributor to Cineaste, Cinema Scope, DVD Beaver, Rouge, and Trafic. His books include Discovering Orson Welles (2007), Essential Cinema (2004), Movie Wars (2000), Dead Man (2000), Movies as Politics (1997), Placing Movies (1995), Moving Places (1980), and, as coeditor with Adrian Martin, Movie Mutations (2003).

Nicole Brenez Agrégée de Lettres Modernes and former pupil at the École Normale Supérieure, Maître de Conférences en êtudes cinématographiques at University of Paris 1. She is the author of Shadows - John Cassavetes (1995), Abel Ferrara (2007), Cinémas d’avant-garde (2007), Traitement du Lumpenprolétariat par le cinéma d'avant-garde (2006), De la figure en général et du corps en particulier. L'invention figurative au cinéma (1998). She is also curator of the avant-garde program at the Cinémathèque française.

Adrian Martin Senior Research Fellow in Film and Television Studies at Monash University, his is co-editor of Rouge and the author of Once Upon a Time in America (1998) Phantasms (1994) The Mad Max Movies (2003), Raúl Ruiz: Sublimes Obsessions (2004) and coeditor with Jonathan Rosenbaum, Movie Mutations (2003)
